Our house is situated in the Tourismus Region Paznaun – Ischgl – Kappl
Our house offers 6 apartments:
2 apartments/studios for up to 2 people
1 apartment for up to 3 people

Of course, relaxation is an essential part of any holiday.
Treat yourself to a sauna session after a strenuous day of skiing, a hike, or simply in between,
or enjoy the soothing warmth of our infrared cabin.
The Finnish sauna, with its high temperature, provides many positive effects,
while the steam sauna, with its lower temperatures, offers pleasant relaxation.
Carport
Kappl offers an extensive and very family-friendly ski area with 40 kilometers of slopes that reach up to 2,690 m above sea level.
The illuminated natural toboggan run, which is six kilometers long, is also very popular.
The famous Silvretta Arena Ischgl – Samnaun / Tirol is about 10 minutes (by car) away and has pistes with a total lengh of 230 km.
With the ski bus you can easily reach all ski areas in the whole region free of charge.
The bus stop is only about 100 meters away.

In summer the Silvretta Region Paznaun / Ischgl offers many hiking trails, alpine pastures and huts.
Also our mountain passes with their unique mountain landscape are a popular destination.
In our surroundings you will find restaurants and shops (about 5-10 minutes).
